Welcome to Ryze Support. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any interaction you may have with Ryze Support. By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by Ryze Support, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided: Ryze Support is an NDIS-registered provider offering disability support services. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- Personal care and assistance
- Community participation and support
- Plan management
- Registered Nurse supports
- In house living supports

These services are delivered in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) guidelines and based on individualized participant plans. Ryze Support reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to help us deliver effective services.
- Communicate any changes in your circumstances, health, or service needs.
- Respect the rights and dignity of our staff, participants, and others associated with our services.
- Follow any rules or guidelines provided by Ryze Support, including safety protocols.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in a review or termination of services.

4. Service Agreements: All participants receiving services from Ryze Support must enter into a Service Agreement. This document outlines the terms specific to your services, including costs, service delivery details, and obligations of both parties.The Service Agreement will:
- Outline the scope of services you are entitled to under your NDIS plan or other funding arrangements.
- Specify any costs, terms of payment, and cancellation policies.
- Define the duration of services and conditions for modification or termination of the agreement.

5. Payments and Billing: Fees for services are based on the NDIS Price Guide and your individual NDIS plan. Payments are made directly from your NDIS funding or self-managed funds, as agreed in your Service Agreement. Invoices will be issued for any services provided, and payment terms will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. Ryze Support is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other relevant laws. Ouroutlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.We will maintain confidentiality about your personal and health information unless disclosure is required by law, or you have provided explicit consent.7

7. Limitation of Liability: While Ryze Support strives to provide high-quality, effective services, we are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from:
- The misuse of our services.
- Delays or interruptions in the provision of services due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or staff unavailability.
- Any reliance on information or content obtained from our website or services.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and users should exercise reasonable care in their use of our services.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms: Ryze Support reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via our website or directly to participants as appropriate. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Services: Either party (you or Ryze Support) may terminate the Service Agreement in accordance with the terms outlined within it. Ryze Support reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- You fail to comply with these Terms or the Service Agreement.Services are no longer required or viable based on the participant’s needs.
- Payments are not made in accordance with the Service Agreement.

Termination of services will be carried out in compliance with NDIS guidelines and after giving reasonable notice, except in urgent circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property: All content provided by Ryze Support, including website material, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by Ryze Support unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without explicit permission from Ryze Support.

11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ryze Support services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
